We weren't planning to go to the end of the year BBQ/swim awards banquet, we were going to go to Santa Cruz for the day but Maren really wanted to go.I am so glad that we went! Maren won two 3rd place medals at the championships and she also won the trophy for "most points won" in her age group.
McKay won "most improved" for his age group and he was thrilled and so were we.
What a way to end the season!
